Kettlebell Sport Conditioning
August 14th- 11am

Each class is 1.5 hours in length
$20/class
5 class package $80

Classes will be instructed by R.K.C.Instructor Peter Puzzuoli.
Special Guest R.K.C. Instructors to be announced.

Class decription:
- Flexibility development and maintenance
- Skill development for the competitive exercises(Multiple Jerks, Snatch)
- Learning to comfortably and safely increase volume
- Refining movement patterns and reducing energy expenditure
- Practicing one perfect rep at a time, according to your build, to internalize the exercise movement
- Assistance exercises to improve performance in certain parts of the lifts
- Specialized grip training
- Individual 'Before and After' video footage

Kettlebells will be provided for each class, but it is recommended you bring your own just in case.
