Keynote Instructors:
Steve Cotter - As one of North America's elite Senior RKC instructors, founder of the Full Kontact
Kettlebell and world class martial artist, Steve continues to research and implement the most effective training
methods in the martial arts, chi gong, strength and conditioning, athletics and human performance fields.
Peter Puzzuoli - Founder of Superhero Strength, manufacturer and national distributor of Canadian
made Kettlebells, and Kettlebell Sport Canada, Peter is a 29-year-old certified Russian Kettlebell Challenge instructor
and sole Canadian Assistant Instructor under Pavel Tsatsouline.
Mike Kuenzl - as a registered massage therapist, Check Institute nutritional counselor, personal
trainer and RKC instructor, Mike is one of Canada's leading fitness professionals with a wide base of knowledge and
experience in health, training and recovery.
Brad Heyerdahl - As Canada's only Level 2 RKC instructor and student of both the Cory Holly Institute's
Sports Nutrition Advisory Course and the Paul Chek Institute, Brad is committed to a vigorous and practical pursuit of
personal excellence in sport and nutrition.
